Good Service - September 2024
Good service in a Hotel. Spa, swimming, jakuzi included. Nice and tidy rooms. Welcoming staff in a reception. Restaurant has delicious food. Service the food in 5-10 mins. Waiters performance amazing. We were pleased bu the service of Naomie. Recommend!

Amazing massage - September 2024
Got the most amazing massage by Jennifer in the spa. She was so nice and helpful, and amazing at her job. Went for the Swedish full body massage and she applied just the right amount of pressure that I was comfortable with. Would highly recommend..

Cycle mini break - September 2024
Healthy work culture where everyone of the team encountered was friendly and helpful. Leisure club and dinner were excellent. Cleaniliness o the hotel was outstanding everywhere and the outside areas were well presented. Keep up the good work.

Blissful spa - September 2024
Had a fantastic treatment with Amber in the spa . I didn't realize hiw tight my feet were till after the treatment. The choices on offer make you spoiled for choice. Even just chilling out in the thermal suite is a great relaxing break away . Can't wait to go back again

10/10 experience - relaxing spa with skilled and kind therapists - September 2024
I attended Spa Sula with my mother for a birthday treat in mid September. I was looked after by Inge who gave me an amazing back and shoulder massage and mini facial. We couldn’t have had a more positive experience. We had a relaxing hour in the thermal suite; the facilities were brilliant and we revived a lovely welcome from the reception staff. When it was time for my treatment Inge put me at ease immediately and was very professional and respectful from the outset. The massage and facial were superb - utterly relaxing and calming, very needed! Inge was excellent and very dedicated. She also gave me lots of skincare tips and explained each step of the facial really well, making sure to answer any questions I had. Inge also perfectly balanced creating a relaxing atmosphere while also chatting to me and putting me at ease. She was so kind, caring and professional. I really enjoyed my experience and felt rejuvenated afterwards. The spa itself is very clean, well set up and the relaxation suite was kept fully stocked with refreshing teas and fruit. The changing rooms were also very well set up and added to the experience. I would absolutely recommend getting some me-time at Spa Sula and would happily visit again. My mother also sang the praises of her therapist, Maria, who was very respectful, kind and professional. We both had a great time and will visit again without doubt

Weekend break - September 2024
Great staff, really good food, great facilities in the gym, lovely pool, very clean comfortable rooms. Highly recommend the coveys restaurant. 3 min walk from the central part of the town. No complaints and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

5 star stay! - September 2024
Every member of staff were so helpful. Nothing was too much, no matter how small, or great the request. Special thanks goes to Kathy on the front desk who welcomed us in and saw us off, and Niall and Mickey at the leisure centre who looked after us so well when we visited each day.

Golden years, highly recommend, could not fault.- September 2024
The hotel was wonderful, good spacious room and very pleasant staff, food was excellent in Plaza and Castlecourt and the service was excellent especially Maura who always greeted you with a lovely smile. Nightly entertainment was excellent. I would highly recommend the whole complex.
