The 4* family owned and managed Westport Hotel Group is now looking to recruit for the following positions:
Chef De Partie
As Chef de Partie, you would be responsible for producing a variety of food dishes to the highest standards of preparation, production and presentation in line with our 4* standards.
As Accommodation Assistant you would be responsible for ensuring that all public areas and bedrooms are maintained to the highest levels of housekeeping service in accordance with our 4* standards.
As Kitchen Porter, you would be working with the Chef Team to maintain a supply of clean utensils and cooking ware at all times, ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen and back of house areas to HACCP standards in a busy kitchen environment.
Food and Beverage Staff
As Food and Beverage staff, you would be working in a fast paced environment, need to be able to deliver a high standard of service to our guests as part of our food and beverage team.
